It's that happy, jolly time of year, and it along with that bloated feeling of having eaten too much, there's a sense of contentment. Along wih this, with the approaching new year, a sense of rebirth and new resolve. But what to aim for? Learn something new? Eat healthily? Smoke less? How about this: Be yourself. Don't change for someone you love, don't be influenced to the point of change, don't become someone else. Listen to what makes you feel good, wear what makes you look good, and act how you feel appropriate to your situation.

So maybe I'm writing this for myself more than anything else, a way to clear my head, but maybe it'll reassure or even inspire(!)
